Deliver one concept site plan to meet design criteria.

Meeting to review Design Criteria Checklist, project goals, budget, and aesthetic preferences.
Review chosen site and analysis constraints on the program.
Based on the programming and site, deliver a concept site/floor plan to meet project goals.
Develop conceptual design, deliver floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, and details to describe the character of the project.
Meeting with authorities for preliminary approvals.

Programming, site analysis, concept design, design development, and Design Review coordination.
Facilitation of preliminary budgeting with one contractor.
Retain and coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, and lighting engineers.

Meetings, submittals and coordination with authorities for final approvals.
Site visits at intervals to determine if work is proceeding according to construction documents.
