Village House

The inspiration for Village House came from the Italian countryside. There, buildings are added-to overtime, which creates unique material and special juxtapositions.  The end effect is a village-like appeal with varying roofs, exterior cladding, and traditional forms mixing in non-traditional ways.

This home is an entertainer’s dream with a great room opening to an extensive courtyard and covered patio.  A large kitchen with adjoining dining can accommodate all visitors with an overlook from the game room half a flight above.  The outdoor spaces include a pool with a covered Baja shelf, spa with babbling brook, putting green, Ramada, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and three fireplaces!  All of the luxurious guest suites have a courtyard entrance and private patios.  This residence is the perfect example of indoor-outdoor living at its best.
